Now Hiring Senior Client Strategist & New Business Development Position

STOKES|HERZOG Marketing + Consulting, western Wisconsin’s premiere digital marketing, public relations, and advertising agency is seeking a Director of Client Strategy and New Business Development.

This highly skilled marketing advisor is a strategist that gets results. The right person will not only paint the possibilities for clients in an exciting new business development role that will assist current clients as the wise advisor on their next winning marketing formulas.

This person brings vast experience and can think like a business owner, CEO, COO, and CFO. They will advise and create strategies to help our global and local clients alongside our marketing and advertising team. They help our company exceed its goals and delight in seeing success for clients. They manage existing client relationships, while prospecting and converting new clients. The Senior Client Strategist reports to the STOKES|HERZOG Marketing + Consulting CEO.

The successful candidate has a proven track record of success in prospecting, business development, existing client service, and long-range planning. This is not an entry-level position and requires 3+ years of experience. They excel at creating and hosting presentations utilizing various technologies to reach and close potential clients across the planet.

A professional approach, outgoing personality and polished interpersonal skills are required. Job hoppers need not apply. We’re looking for someone who can grow with our company and become a long-term member of the leadership team. We’re looking for an upbeat person with strong inner drive to succeed. You must be humble, hungry, and smart.

The successful Senior Client Advisor will be able to identify and qualify new clients for our consulting services and other products while meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. 85% of the candidate’s time will be spent prospecting for new relationships and overseeing pipelines for growth via email, social media, digital strategies, and personal outreach. 15% of the time you’ll be meeting with existing clients after formulating strategies with the STOKES|HERZOG Project Managers to help the client exceed its goals.

The successful candidate will also represent the company at various events. They will contribute to our amazing cooperative environment as a team player who strives to create solutions to help grow our company and enhance the lives of existing and incoming clients. This is a salary plus commission position that is bonus eligible. We are open to remote work for the right fit.

Proven results, a related degree, background check, and strengths-based testing is required. Traditional and digital media sales experience is a plus. Please attach resume and professional references.
